Complainant is absent   without  step till  1 PM.   Opp. parties are  represented by ld.  counsel.  It  appears  that the   complainant   has remained   absent   consecutively   for   continuous   more   than three   dates.  Last   chance was   already   given   to the   complainant    for   appearance   and   filing   evidence   on affidavit.  As  there is   no other   alternative   for the   continuous   absence of   complainant , the case is   dismissed   for  default.   Accordingly, the case is   disposed of  for the   default   of complainant.
