Complainant is without any step. Today is fixed for hearing on the point of admission. On repeated calls upto 1 p.m. none appears for the complainant. Moreover, from the face of the petition of the complainant, it appears that a head note by underline wherein it has been mentioned “complain u/s 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019”. This Forum in spite of taking trouble hardly finds no positive merit in connection with the mentioning of that head note.

Altogether it seems that complainant files this case without proper manner and without mentioning proper Section under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. In view of such a situation the question of admission of this petition of the complainant does not arise.

Thus, the instant complaint petitions stands rejected being not moved
