ORDER

Complaint is allowed. O.P. is directed to pay damages of Rs.3,500/- to the complainant within two months with cost of Rs.500/- on the ground of deficiency in service. In case O.P. fails to pay the amount, the complainant will be entitled to receive interest at the rate of 12% p.a. on the above mentioned amount from such date. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under COP.
