          Today matter is listed for final arguments. Perusal of record shows that the complainant had already settled the matter with OP 2 & OP 3. The AR of the complainant sought time to satisfy this Commission as to how he is a consumer since the dispute raised in the complaint related to Current Account. Today counsel for the complaint seeks permission to withdraw the complaint with liberty to take recourse to legal remedy before the appropriate Court.  Permission granted. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Limitation if any, be condoned in view of Hon’ble Supreme Court judgment tilted as Laxmi Engineering.  Original file be returned to the complaint and a copy thereof be kept on record. File be consigned to record room.
