2. Rahul son of late Sh. Mohinder Singh.
3. Ajay minor son of late Sh. Mohinder Singh.
4. Minakshi minor daughter of late Sh. Mohinder Singh, minors through their mother Birmati who is natural guardian and next friend of minors.
5. Kheari Singh son of Giani Ram.
6. Roshni Devi wife of Kehari all residents of village Barota Tehsil and District Karnal.

1. Syndicate Bank now merged in Canara Bank, branch at village Barota Tehsil and District Karnal, through its Branch Manager.
2. Life Insurance Corporation of India marketing Department, Bengaluru-560009, through its Marketing Manager.
3. Life Insurance Corporation of India having Divisional office at Karnal, through its Divisional Manager.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

             At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, complainant has filed complaint before the Superintendent of Police in Karnal, for taking the action against the culprits person. So he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdrawal the same.

                   In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
