ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open Forum on seperate sheets of paper today. The complaint is allowed and the opposite party No.1 is directed to exchange the 100/- rupee note or accept the same when presented by the complainant. The opposite party is also directed to pay a token costs of Rs.100/- to the complainant within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of the order, failing which, the opposite party is liable to pay interest on it at 18% p.a. till realisation. The 100/- rupee note presented in the Forum shall be returned to the complainant or her advocate after due acknowledgement.
