                        The record is placed before the Grahak Madhyastata Diwas.

The Ld. Advocate for the complainant as well as complainant is present.

OP No.1 is present.

Heard both sides.  

Accordingly, the consumer dispute has  been settled down as per terms that the OP No.1  Company will  pay the Invoice Value  Rs. 6000/- to the complainant and return back the old machine from the complainant within 29.02.2024.

The OP No.1 Company will also pay a sum of Rs. 2500/- litigation cost to the complainant within 29.02.2024.

The complainant is agreed with the proposal of the OP No.1 Company.

So, the case is amicably settled in between the parties and the case is thus disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
