Ld. Agent of JDr. and the complainant herself are present.

Ld. Agent of JDr. expressed his view that they have complied with order of this Forum.

The complainant on the other hand expressed her view that she has received the decretal dues from the JDr. as per order of this Forum.

From the joint petition submitted by the J.Dr. and D.Hr. it is noticed that J.Dr. complied with the order of this Forum and D/hr has received the full decretal dues with full satisfaction.

Hence order, execution case bearing number 32/2007 dt.08/03/2013 is disposed of accordingly.

The warrant of arrest so issued against J.Dr address to the officer In-Charge Jaypur  Police Station, Amta, Howrah, is hereby recalled. Sent a copy of this order to officer in-charge Jaypur Police Station, Amta, Howrah, for further action.
