COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

                   Today the case was fixed for appearance of Op. Perusal of the file reveals that the complainant is not appearing for the last many hearing since 25.07.2017 as after filing the present compliant, the service of Op could not be effected till date. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 p.m. But today again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant. It appears that the complainant is not interested in pursuing the matter any further. Since the complainant has not turned up. So, this complaint is dismissed for want of prosecution on behalf of the complainant. We order accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
