ORDER

     This consumer complaint was earlier fixed for 24.06.2023 and has been preponed for today vide order dated 16.06.2023 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh.

     As per the statement made by Sh.Rahul Sharma, Complainant in person alongwith Ms.Ekta Sharma, Counsel for Complainant on 26.05.2023, the matter has been amicably settled and as per settlement, the complainant has received an amount of Rs.20,000/- from OP No.3 through its counsel Sh.Anirudh Gupta, Advocate, through Paytm and hence he does not want to proceed with the present consumer complaint. In view of the statement of complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
