Heard the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and perused the impugned order, passed by the Kerala State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Thiruvananthapuram (hereinafter referred to as the State Commission), whereby the Revision Petitions, preferred by the Petitioner, against the orders passed by the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Kozhikode (hereinafter referred to as the District Forum), condoning the delay in filing the Complaints, were not interfered with on the ground that the Petitioner will have a right to challenge the order of the District Forum, if the Complaints are decided against the Petitioner, by filing an Appeal.

We do not find any good ground to interfere with the impugned order for the simple reason that the right of the Petitioner to challenge the issue of limitation has already been granted to the Petitioner in case any Appeal is to be filed by it against the order of the District Forum.

Accordingly, the Revision Petitions are dismissed.
