ORDER

At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                It is agreed that to settle all claims raised by the respondent/complainant in his complaint, the appellants/opposite parties, namely, Mahindra Holiday and Resorts India Ltd. shall pay an amount of Rs.45,000/- to the respondent/complainant within five weeks from today through a demand draft.

                Above offer has been accepted by the respondent/complainant through his Counsel.

                In view of above, this appeal and the connected appeal bearing No.220 of 2017 stand disposed of.

                We make it very clear that in view of amicable settlement between the parties, the allegations leveled by the respondent/complainant against the appellants/opposite parties/their employees, in this case, shall be deemed to have been withdrawn and finding given by the Forum will not be read against the appellants/opposite parties in any other case.

                We further make it clear that if the above amount is not paid as committed, it will carry interest @9% p.a. (simple) till the time of making the payment.

                Certified copy of this order be placed in connected appeal bearing No.220 of 2017.

                Certified copy of this order be also sent to the parties free of charge.
