Respondent states that he has come all the way from Gurdaspur (Punjab). Heard This is an application for restoration of the petition. For the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed and petition stands restored, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- as cost. Cost be remitted to the respondent by way of demand draft in his name directly, within eight weeks, failing which application for restoration of petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without any further order.
