                     In this appeal counsel for the appellant is not appearing from the last two dates. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the appeal.

                    The appeal is therefore, dismissed in default for want of prosecution.

                    The appellant had deposited an amount of Rs.20,700/- with this Commission at the time of filing the appeal.  The amount of Rs.20,700/- along with interest accrued thereon, if any, be remitted by the registry to respondent No.1/complainant by way of a crossed cheque/demand draft after the expiry of 90 days, from the date of sending the certified copies of the order to the parties subject to stay, if any, by the higher Fora/Court.

                    Copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost.
