No. 12/03.06.2010.

It is stated by Mr. Uday Ch. Jha, the Ld. Advocate for the Appellant that this appeal is analogous to other appeals including Appeal No. FA/8/2010.  It is stated also that by our order dated 31.05.2010 the said other four appeals including the FA/8/2010 stood dismissed as application for condonation of delay in all those matters were dismissed on merit by reasoned judgement.  It is also stated that the grounds in the condonation application in the present matter is also identical to those appeals including FA/8/2010.  Therefore, for our reasons recorded in our order dated 31.05.2010 passed in FA/8/2010 the condonation application in the present appeal is also dismissed.  The appeal also accordingly stands dismissed.  Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 are present through Ld. Advocate Ms. Peu Bhattacharjee.
