The draft of Rs.1,88,000/- bearing No.212747, dated 17.3.2012 drawn on ICICI Bank, was submitted by the applicant-OP before this Forum on 19.3.2012. The office is directed to deposit the said draft of Rs.1,88,000/- in the bank account of the Forum and the amount so collected be deposited in the shape of F.D.R. in a Nationalized Bank, for a period of one year, to be renewed from time to time, if needed, in compliance of the order dated 29.2.2012 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission in FA No.57 of 2012. Office to note and make necessary entry in the record. The application stands disposed of accordingly. Certified copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties.
