                                                            ORDER

                   In appeal No.647 of 2009, the operation of the impugned order is stayed except with regard to refund of total amount of Rs.40,480/- which was admittedly deposited with the appellant by the respondent at the time of taking the admission. The amount of Rs.40,480/- vide cheque dated 20.11.2009 in the name of complainant has been handed over to his counsel by Sh.Harinder Kumar, Advocate for OPs. In view of that, the operation of the impugned order has been stayed. The execution application is accordingly dismissed as unsatisfied. The complainant would be at liberty to file afresh execution application as and when the FA No.647 of 2009 is decided.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
