Sh.S.K.Davessar, Adv.appeared on behalf of respondent No.1 and filed power of attorney. He has also produced copy of the stay order passed by the Hon'ble National Commission dt.3.8.2015 vide which stay was granted subject to deposit of Rs.1,50,000/- towards half costs of the engine with the concerned District Forum within a period of four weeks. Respondent No.1 has also deposited Rs.1,50,000/- with the District Forum vide draft bearing No.686374 dt.24.8.2015. He has also produced on record receipt issued by the District Forum, Amritsar. In view of the stay granted by the Hon'ble National Commission, counsel for the applicant has withdrawn the present execution application at this stage. Resultantly, present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file fresh execution application after the decision of the appeal by the Hon'ble National Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
