ORDER

     Authority letter in favour of Sh.Mohd.Wasif on behalf of OP No.2 filed. The matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Statement of complainant and that of authorized representative of OP No.2 recorded and placed on file alongwith photocopy of cheque of Rs.20,000/- handed over to complainant by OP No.2 today. In view of the statement, the present consumer complaint stands disposed off being settled subject to realization of cheque. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and parties shall be bound by their statement. It is made clear that in case the cheque gets bounced, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution application. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
