ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, Sh.Sethi Kumar, Counsel for Complainants/DHs has stated that he has received remaining amount by way of two demand drafts, i.e. first demand draft for an amount of Rs.3,41,765/- bearing draft No.010734 dated 26.06.2024 and second demand draft for an amount of Rs.3,41,765/- bearing draft No.010735 dated 26.06.2024, both drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of complainant/DH No.2 Rama Gupta from JDs through their authorized representative Ms.Shubdeep Kaur in full and final satisfaction of the order dated 13.04.2023 passed by this Commission in CC/676/2021. It has been further stated by counsel for complainants/DHs that the complainants/DHs does not want to proceed with the present execution application further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Complainant/DH No.1 has also appended his signatures on the statement. Accordingly, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
