          Learned Counsel Ms. Sumita Gohain Baruah along with her assistant Bitupan Saikia & others appears. Mr. Alem Kamai, counsel for the Complainant appears. The matter was fixed for hearing on maintainability of the petition. Mr. Alem Kamai, learned counsel of the Complainant submits that he has been instructed to withdraw the complaint.
