Ld. Advocate for both sides are present.  At this stage, an application has been filed on behalf of the Misc. Petitioner/Petitioner with a prayer to dispose of the Misc. Application on the ground of not pressing the same by the petitioner.  Other side raises no objection.  In view of such circumstances, we allow the application, consequent whereupon the Misc.
