                    Iffco-Tokio G.I.C. Limited V/s Surya Prasad

Present application has been moved by applicant/appellant in Appeal No. 1765 of 2013 The Iffco Tokio General Insurance Company Limited and another V/s Surya Prasad for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellants under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of order dated 30-05-2019 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been dismissed. The judgment and order passed by District Consumer Forum has been upheld.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
