AWARD

1]        Vide his separate statement recorded on 24.10.2024, the ld.Counsel for the OPs stated that that as per settlement, the OP Company has received the membership renewal form dated 24.10.2024 from the complainant and shall grant the life time membership to the complainant, as per letter dated 25.4.2017 attached as Ann.C-2.  It is also stated that the ID Card to be issued to the complainant shall be subject to renewal annually on submission of the renewal form, which will be supplied to the complainant for the life time membership renewal and the renewal will be done free of charge and that this is offered towards full & final settlement of the dispute in the present consumer complaint.

2]        The ld.Counsel for the complainant also stated separately that that he admit the aforesaid statement of ld. Counsel for the OP and the complaint be disposed of accordingly in the Upbhokta Lok Adalat to be held on 26.10.2024

3]        In view of the statements of the counsels for the parties and in terms of the settlement, the complaint stands disposed of by passing the following award:-

1. The OP Company is directed to grant the life time membership to the complainant, as per letter dated 25.4.2017 (Ann.C-2).  The OP Company is also directed to supply the renewal form to the complainant and renew the ID Card of the complainant annually, free of charge on submission of the renewal form.

4]   The award is accordingly passed.

5]   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
