ORDER:

                   File taken up today on the application of DH. DH has made statement that he has received a cheque no.025323 dated 4.12.2017 amounting to Rs.22,200/- in compliance of the order under execution. Now, nothing has due against him. Hence, he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition and withdraw the same being fully satisfied.

2.                In view of that the present application is dismissed  as withdrawn being fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
