M/s V.B.Textiles through its Proprietor Vikas Batta, SCO 40-41, Sector 17-A, Chandigarh.                                            

                                                                                                   Complainant.

                        Versus

 

1.         Surya Enterprises, Quiet Office No.11, First Floor, Cabin No.7, Sector 35-A, Chandigarh through its person Incharge.

2.         M/s Blue Star Enterprises, address: SCO 1, Sector 26, Madhya Marg, Chandigarh-160019, through person Incharge.

                                                                                                 Opposite Parties

 

Present:            Sh.Anshul Shahi, Advocate for Complainant.

Sh.Laxmi Kant Sharma, Proprietor of OP No.1.

Sh.Kailash Chandra Laddha, Authorized Representative of OP No.2.

                       

Dated, the 2nd day of July, 2010.

                         ORDER

 

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:-

“Statement of Sh.Laxmi Kant Sharma s/o Sh.Jugal Kishore, aged 39 years, Proprietor of OP No.1 Surya Enterprises.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, on receiving the AC in question from the complainant, the OP No.1 will replace the same with new one of the same model with fresh warranty, within 15 days from the date of receiving the old AC from the complainant.

 

Statement of Sh.Anshul Shahi, Advocate for Complainant.

 

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Laxmi Kant Sharma, Proprietor of OP No.1. The AC in question will be handed over to the OP No.1 within three days from today i.e. 2.7.2010. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.”

 

2.                     In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The complainant would hand over the AC in question to OP No.1 within three days from today i.e. 2.7.2010 and the OP No.1 would replace the same with new one of the same model with fresh warranty, within 15 days from the date of receiving the AC from the complainant.. 

3.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
