          Case called again after lunch, but none has come present on behalf of the complainant. Perusal of the record shows that initially Sh.Manpreet Singh Sidhu, Advocate was pursuing the matter  on behalf of the complainant, but now Sh.Manpreet Singh Sidhu, Advocate has stated that he has no instructions from his client, so the matter be decided accordingly.

          Today, none has come present despite repeated calls since  morning, it appears that the complainant is not  interested in pursuing his case, hence the present complaint is dismissed in default for want of prosecution. File be consigned to record room after compliance.
