Sh. Anurag Nautiyal, learned counsel for the revisionist is present through video conferencing.

He states that this revision petition has been preferred against the impugned order dated 27.02.2021 passed by District Commission, Haridwar in consumer complaint No. 265 of 2020; Sh. Surjeet Singh and others Vs. PNB Housing Finance Limited and aforesaid consumer complaint has been finally decided by the District Commission, hence this revision petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous.
