As per office report, no order has been received from the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi or any other court.

                    This is an application for refund of Rs.25,000/-, alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, deposited by the applicants/appellants, at the time of filing the appeal.

                   Counsel for the applicants/appellants has submitted that an execution application was filed by the respondent-complainant for execution of the order ,passed by the District Forum, which was upheld  with costs by this Commission and the Revision Petition against the same was also dismissed by the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi. He has further submitted that the orders aforesaid have already been complied with, as  is evident from the order dated 15.02.2012, passed by the District Forum, in the execution application.

                   In view of the above, there is no legal impediment, in allowing the application, in the manner, that a sum of Rs.25,000/-, deposited by the applicants/appellants, at the time of filing the appeal,  alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereon, shall stand refunded, in favour of the applicants/appellants, against valid receipt and on proper identification.

                   The application stands disposed of accordingly.

                   Necessary intimation, in this regard, shall be sent to the District Forum, concerned.

                   Certified copy of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
