Revision petitioner is the opposite party in CC.105/09 in the file of CDRF, Kannur. The revision petition is filed over in the application filed by the revision petitioner seeking joint trial of CC.105/09 and CC.106/09.
2. The Forum has dismissed the application on the ground that the subject matter is different in both the C.Cs.
