It is intimated that complaint bearing No.1001 of 2016, out of which, this revision petition has arisen, stands decided by District Forum-II, U.T., Chandigarh on 28.03.2018.

                   In view of above, this revision petition has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly. However, liberty shall remain with the revision petitioner to lay challenge to the final order passed in the abovesaid compliant, if need be.

                   As is apparent from order dated 21.07.2017, complete record of District Forum had already been sent back to the said Forum on 21.07.2017 itself.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the parties free of charge.
