ORDER

Vide order dated 28.10.2010, limited notice to quantum of award passed against the petitioner was issued to the respondent, subject to the petitioner directly remitting a sum of Rs.2500/- by means of demand draft to the respondent within a period of four weeks. Further, subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.30,000/- with the District Forum within a period of four weeks, execution of the orders of fora below were stayed till further orders. Order dated 28.10.2010 has not been complied with till date, though petitioner was given numerous opportunities to comply with the same. As far as Rs.2500/- which was to be remitted to the respondent is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions states, that since respondent has refused to accept this amount, the petitioner has deposited the same with the District Forum. As far as Rs.30,000/- is concerned, Petitioner has not deposited the same in spite of various opportunities granted to him. As per order dated 30.3.2011, it was specifically mentioned that petitioner is directed to ensure compliance of the order dated 28.10.2010 with regard to the deposit of Rs.30,000/- with the District Forum, by 5.4.2011 positively, failing which, revision petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Commission. In view of the order dated 30.3.2011 as petitioner has not complied with order dated 28.10.2010, the present petition stands dismissed for want of non compliance of the order dated 28.10.2010. Parties shall bear their own costs.
