                   This application has been filed by the revision petitioner for staying further proceedings pending before the District Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh for 24.02.2020.

                   As per office report, record of the District Forum has been received.

                   This revision petition has been filed by the revision petitioner/Opposite Party, against the order dated 30.12.2019 passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum-I, UT, Chandigarh, vide which, Opposite Party was proceeded against exparte.

                   Heard.

                   Counsel for the revision petitioner has submitted that notice was issued to the revision petitioner for appearance on 30.12.2019 but due to mistake of the Legal Executive of the Company, the date of notice for appearance was noted as 30.01.2020 instead of 30.12.2019, as such exparte order was passed against the revision petitioner.

                   Let notice of this revision petition be issued to the respondent/complainant for 24.02.2020.

                   In view of above, passing of final order in the complaint case shall stayed till further orders.

                   Accordingly, the application, aforesaid, for stay stands disposed of.

                   Revision petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Forum on the date fixed i.e. 24.02.2020 and reply & evidence/affidavit shall be filed on the said date, which shall be subject to final outcome of this petition.

                   Certified copy of this order be sent to the concerned Forum forthwith.

                   Certified copy of this order be given dasti to the revision petitioner/Counsel, free of charge.
