Learned counsel for the respondent has tendered his Vakalatnama, which is taken on record.

Shri Siddharth Mittal, Advocate for the respondents submits that the instant revision petition has become infructuous for the reason that in the year 2013, respondents have been allotted a Plot no.15, Sector – 66, Gurgaon and the possession has already been delivered and got the conveyance deed registered on a constructed house.  It  is stated that since the claim of the respondents under Outsees policy stands satisfied with the allotment of the said plot, the respondents do not wish to pursue with their consumer complaint No.162 of 2005 filed before the District Forum, Panchkula and the same may be dismissed as not pressed.

In view of the above, complaint is dismissed being not pressed. As a consequence, revision petition is, therefore, dismissed as infructuous.
