Complainant files a petition praying for withdrawal of the case on the ground of his alleged illness supported with an affidavit.

Today is fixed for order. Be it mentioned that this case was heard on 1.2.2021 on the point of admission.

Surprisingly enough today complainant files the above mentioned petition praying for withdrawal of this case.

Ld. Counsel appearing for complainant submits that complainant was present before this Commission today, but because of his illness he left the Commission.

Having heard the ld. Counsel appearing for the complainant and keeping in mind that in support of alleged illness no medical paper is forthcoming on behalf of the complainant and also taking in view the total attending facts and circumstances this case, this Commission is of the view that the prayer for withdrawal of the case by the complainant bears no merit and should be rejected. Accordingly the prayer for withdrawal of the case by the complainant stands rejected.

Considering the materials on record and the contents of the complainant this Commission is of the view that prima facie there is no sufficient and inspiring ground to proceed further with the case. Thus, the instant case is hereby dismissed.
