We allow the appeal partly and modify the impugned order accordingly. Complainant shall be paid by the OP  the sum of Rs. 6000/- +2000/- within a period of 30 days and in case it is not paid the same shall carry interest at the rate of 9% until it is paid. Parties are left to bear their own costs of this appeal. The OP will be free to recover the said compensation/costs from the T.Cs who failed in their duty of preventing the influx of general category passengers in the reserved compartments.
