Heard learned counsel on behalf of appellant and respondent.

Only question in this case is Whether complainant’s claim has been settled. The direction of the Learned District Forum to settle the claim within certain time by the O.P and pay the insured amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- to the complainant .

We are of view that non settlement of claim being only claim, the appeal is disposed of by directing to the complainant to produce all the documents within 15 days to the O.P from the date of receipt of this order and O.P would settle same within 15 days from the date of production of document.

 Statutory amount be refunded.
