After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this revision petition. He however requests that since the issue involved is likely to impact on number of consumers, the District Forum concerned may be directed to decide the consumer complaint expeditiously. We find merit in this request. Accordingly, the District Forum concerned to dispose of the consumer complaint in question within this year.
