This M.A. case has been filed for setting aside ex parte order. Complainant raised objection verbally but no W/O has been filed.

It appears from the case record that the order of ex parte hearing has been fixed as no interrogatories was filed within time. However,  it is reflected that the op has filed interrogatories. Copy of which has been received by the complainant.

In view of this position, the order of setting aside ex parte  hearing is considered and allowed but at the cost of Rs. 500/- payable to the complainant.

In the light of the observation made above this M.A. case is disposed of.
