It is stated by the counsel of DH, vide separate statement placed on file, that the JD has deposited Rs. 60,100/- with this Forum in Consumer Complaint No.459/2002 and the execution application be dismissed as having been fully satisfied and he withdraw the execution on behalf of the complainant/ DH.

                In view of the statement of ld. Counsel for the DH, the execution application, in hand is dismissed as withdrawn as having been fully satisfied. It be consigned to the Record Room after its needful.
