1.      Learned counsel for the petitioners  present.  The respondent is present in person.  Arguments heard.

2.      This revision petition has been filed by the petitioner.  He does not pick up a conflict with the order of the State Commission.  The respondent-complainant has also not challenged the same.  It is, therefore, ordered that the executing court will strictly comply with the order of the State Commission and if the residue amount is due to any of the parties, it be given to it.  If the petitioner has deposited more amount than due, the same be returned to him.  It is difficult to fathom why this revision petition has been filed.   The petitioner has apprehension that when the money will be returned to him, the opposite party may raise an objection.  This is a false apprehension.  By no stretch of imagination, the District Forum can go behind the decree.  This revision petition has caused harassment and mental agony to the respondent/complainant, who has come to Delhi from Gurgaon.

3.      The revision petition is, therefore, dismissed subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- of this revision petition, which be paid to the respondent/complainant within 30 days from today otherwise it will carry interest @9% per annum till its realization.
