ORDER

 

 

On perusal of order sheet it has been seen that appearance has not been entered by the complainant after 19/07/2022. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today. Written Statement has already been filed by OP a year ago. However complainant has failed to file rejoinder to WS.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default  of non-appearance, non-prosecution as well as in light of territorial jurisdiction. File be consigned to record room.
