                   Miscellaneous Application No.102 of 2024 has been filed by learned counsel for applicant-revisionist for condonation of delay of 02 days in filing of present Revision Petition. In interest of justice, application is allowed for reasons stated therein and delay of 02 days in filing of this Revision Petition stand condoned. Miscellaneous Application No.102 of 2024 for condonation of delay stands disposed of accordingly.

                   Learned counsel for revisionist has sought short adjournment to go address arguments. On request, now, the case is adjourned to 16.05.2024 for preliminary hearing.

                   In the meantime, learned District Consumer Commission is directed to adjourn the proceedings of complaint pending before it to any date, beyond the date fixed before this Commission.
