None has appeared on behalf of the complainant inspite of several calls, whereas learned counsel Sh. Prateek Handa for the opposite party has appeared through video conferencing.

A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the complainant is not appearing since a long time before the Commission for contesting its case, hence in the absence of the complainant, the consumer complaint shall stand as dismissed.  No order as to costs.
