     Present none for complainant since 07-09-2015, 10-11-2015, 12-01-2016, 11-03-2016,10-05-2016,12-08-2016,13-10-2016, 15-11-2016, 12-01-2017and today consecutively.  On 15-11-2016 notice has been issued to the complainant asking him to appear and furnish original X-ray or clear cut copy of the same as demanded by Maullana Azad Medical College for expert opinion.  Notice received back with the remarks “No Such person in this address.” As neither complainant nor anybody   is appearing on his behalf and notice sent to him has also been received back with the remarks “No such person in this address”  we are of the opinion that it will be abuse of process of law  to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint be dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.

   Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as per law. File be consigned to record room.
