Chief Affidavit of complainant is not filed. Opposite party No.1 set exparte on 26.11.2015. Claim against opposite party No.2 is dismissed for default on 10.11.2015. Complainant attended the Forum on 19.04.2016 and requested time. Thereafter, he did not turn-up. It appears that the complainant is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, complaint is dismissed for default. No costs.
