            Ld. counsel Miss. M Hom is present on behalf of the OP.

            Heard Ld. counsel of the OP. She submits that today was the last chance for adducing evidence on behalf of the complainant and on the last date it was ordered by the Forum that complainant would not be given any further chance to adduce evidence if he fails to do so today.

            On close perusal of the record it is found that since 11/05/2018 the complainant has been absenting himself from appearing before this Forum and in between 7 dates have been consumed. The conduct of the complainant shows that he is not at all interested to proceed with the case.

            Hence, the complaint submitted by the complainant stands dropped for non-prosecution.

            The case stand disposed of accordingly.

            Furnish copy of the order to both the parties free of cost.
