          This matter is hanging fire for the last 20 years.  It appears that the respondent is fed up and has not taken the trouble to appear in the Commission as well.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection if the interest is awarded @ 9% p.a. from the date, the total amount was deposited with the petitioner till its realization.  The said amount be paid to the respondent within one month otherwise it will carry interest @12% per annum till its realization.  The principal amount be kept by the petitioner and its fate will depend upon the order of Hon’ble High Court.  The question regarding the allotment of plot will depend upon the subsequent events.

          The revision petition is disposed of subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent within a period of one month otherwise it will carry interest @12% per annum.
