Final Order / Judgement
22.11.2022 Present: Sh. Sumant Goyal Adv counsel for complainant  alongwith complainant.
Sh. Jupinder Singh Sidhu Advocate filed power of attorney on behalf of opposite party No. 2. Sh. Abhishek Sharma appeared in person and filed his authority letter alongwith written version on behalf of opposite party No. 3. Sh. Parminder Kumar son of Sh. Hira Lal resident of Aastha Enclave, Barnala, Proprietor Suraj Auto Barnala, having Aadhaar Card bearing No. 649976840445 appeared in person on behalf of opposite party No. 1 and suffered the statement that we have compromised in the above said case with the complainant. Further, stated that the complainant has returned the E-Rickshaw in question to us and we have paid a sum of Rs. 1,05,000/- lump sump to resolve the issue. The complainant has also stated that he has not taken any loan etc., by pledging or mortgaging the E-Rickshaw in question till today and if any claim arose with respect to the above said E-Rickshaw till date then the complainant shall indemnify the same. 
On the other hand, Sh. Ram Aadhar son of Sh. Jhagru resident of Motipura, Mangara Balrampur (UP) now resident at Barnala, having Aadhaar Card bearing No. 562469906217 complainant alongwith counsel suffered the statement that I have heard the above said statement of opposite party No. 1 and agree with the same. The complainant further Ram Aadhar Vs Suraj Auto Barnala  CC 226/2022

stated that I have received the amount of Rs. 1,05,000/- from the opposite parties. The complainant also stated that I have not taken any loan etc., by pledging or mortgaging the E-Rickshaw in question till today and if any claim arose with respect to the above said E-Rickshaw till date then I will be responsible for the same and I withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.  
In view of the statements of the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdraw being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
