Present:     Sh. Sunil Polist, Advocate for the complainant.

 

                Ld. Counsel for complainant made a statement that in the present complaint the compromise has been affected between the parties in Pre National Lok Adalat and as per settlement the respondents will replace the mattress in question with new one. So, he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraw the same being fully satisfied in Pre National Lok Adalat.

In view of the statement of Ld. Counsel for complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Copy of this order be sent to complainant free of cost. File be consigned to record after due compliance.
